The terrace of this Parisian classic overlooking the Palais Royal is certainly a coveted spot in fine weather. In colder months the traditional dining room is a cosy and stylish backdrop to classic French dishes by chef Eric Fontanini – think flounder façon Richelieu (that’s a nod to the Palais Royal’s origins) or veal with smoked endives and truffled mashed potatoes.
